She pulls 2 men out of burning fuel before lunch, and that is only her first week

4 books of action romance under sail, steamy with the door open, from May 2027

Meet Sapphire Pascoe

She is the professional at sea, and the books let you watch her work

Sapphire learned the sea on the Pacific from the man who raised her, and she does hard things well and loves doing them. Property tycoons and cocktail-boat cowboys would like her to look the other way, and she never does.

I write for women who make real choices and carry the consequences, and who get to be loved for exactly that.

Readers and reviewers, come and shape the story

Book 3 is on my desk now and Book 4 is close behind it. Every month the letter shows you where the books stand and asks what you want, harder action or a slower burn, a new rival or a language you would love to hear on the page. Vote in 7 quick taps, and the next letter tells you which votes moved the book.

Book reviewers on the letter get early copies of Book 1 before it goes on sale, and in January 2027 every reader gets a story, Sapphire’s last days at sea before Book 1 opens.

Romy

I write the heroine I wanted to be

My husband and I live aboard our sailing boat in the Mediterranean, and I write in the evenings with a glass of Franciacorta and a notebook full of doodles. I trained as a journalist, and fiction is new to me, which is why I want readers at the table.

On the way into a new harbour I am the one on the bow, smiling at the harbour boat before it has finished coming alongside.
